How to place an Order

Couldn’t be simpler. Browse the site, find the item you are looking for, choose your size and click add to cart or buy now then follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

*Please note that items that are out of stock are temporarily removed from the website, until they are back in stock again. If you are unsure if we stock a certain item then please do not hesitate to contact us*

Sizing and item representation

Sizing of items is approximate please refer to sizing charts before selecting size.

Sizes should be taken as a guideline only.

Colours of the images on the website may vary slightly from actual colours due to variations of the display used to view website.

ONLINE Refunds & Returns

Wigs, hats, and opened face paint and other make-up may not be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.

If the item is found to be faulty or you are unhappy with your purchase then a refund or exchange will be offered if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt of item.

Subject to item being returned unworn, unwashed and complete with packaging and all items originally included within the packaging.

All return delivery costs are to be paid by the customer and will not be refunded.

We are under no liability in respect to defects resulting from fair wear and tear, negligence and abnormal working conditions.

Before return you must contact us stating the reason for return, your name, address and contact number. You can do this by email or phone using the contact details below.

Package up the item complete with original invoice or email print out and Return item to: (we recommend using recorded delivery)

Items returned outside of 14 days will be held “in dispute”.

If a refund or exchange is not agreed the original item can be returned to you at your cost or it will be destroyed after 91 days.

No refund or exchange item will be dispatched until original item is received and inspected by us.

If you require the exchange item before this process can be completed we suggest you buy the item again from the site and ask for the refund for the original item at the same time.


IN STORE Refunds & Returns

YOUR LEGAL RIGHT

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of legal rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty and/or misdescribed or when the seller has no legal right to sell.

You do not have the legal right to claim a refund if you have simply just changed your mind or no longer want the item.

OUR COMPANY POLICY

We are a legally authorised retailer and while we will always try our best to be fair and accommodate customers wherever possible it is not standard practice for us to accept returns for any reasons other than your legal rights. 

However on the occasions that we do decide to accommodate and accept returns for goods which are not faulty or misdescribed we will only be able to offer customers store credit or an exchange and for these returns we strictly require the following:

  • An original till receipt.
  • The goods should be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
  • Return should be no longer than 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, we do not allow returns of hats, wigs, underwear, facepaints or cosmetic lenses.

Please Note: Our Policy is offered in addition to your legal rights and we ask that if you do have any further queries, to please not hesitate in speaking to one of our staff members, we are always happy to assist.

 

Order processing

Once an order is placed the customer will receive an automated email to acknowledge receipt of the order.

However at this point no contract has been entered into and we still reserve the right to cancel any order that has been received. Due to reasons such as pricing errors and possible stock availability problems.

In these cases the customer will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss options so it is important to provide a contact number that we can reach you on.

Only, once further contact from us is received, in the form of an invoice, will the contract be officially entered into.

All photos appearing on site are the property of the owner of said photos. The proper permission has been sought to use photos. All trademarks appearing on this website are trademarks of their respective owners.
